Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. The satori.si website respects your privacy: we do not store any statistics or advertising cookies without your consent . On your first visit you decide for yourself in the banner what to allow, and you can change your choice at any time.
Strictly necessary
We do not need any tracking cookies for the basic functioning of the site. We store your consent decision locally in your browser (localStorage) so that we do not ask you again on your next visit. This data stays on your device and is not sent anywhere.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visit statistics (which pages are visited, approximate location, device and browser type), which helps us improve our content. We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and the associated cookies are loaded only after you choose “Accept all” or enable “Analytics” in the banner . Nothing is sent to Google before your consent.
Once you allow analytics, Google may set the following cookies:
- _ga — used to distinguish between visitors; valid for up to 2 years.
- _ga_LTZ4DFY1PY — used to persist session state for Google Analytics; valid for up to 2 years.
The service provider is Google (Google Ireland Limited); data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of appropriate safeguards (the standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). More in Google's privacy policy .
Third-party cookies
Some pages embed content from third-party providers that may set their own cookies when displayed or used:
- Google Maps (on the Contact page): a map with our location. When the map is displayed, Google may set cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy.
- YouTube (on the Booking page): videos load only when you click play, and in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie). Before you click, YouTube does not set any cookies.
Managing and withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” button in the website footer. You can also review, restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings, and to opt out of Google Analytics you can also use Google's opt-out add-on . To learn more about how we handle your data, read our privacy policy.
