Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how SATORI floating center, Helena Ferarič s.p. (Satori Floating Center) handles the personal data of visitors to the satori.si website. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable law (GDPR / the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act, ZVOP).

What data is collected
- Enquiries by e-mail or phone: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of the message you send us when making an enquiry or booking a session. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Visit statistics (only with your consent): with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, interactions). Without your consent we do not collect this data. More in our cookie policy.
Language detection (ipapi.co)
On your first visit, the website makes a single call to the third-party service ipapi.co, which detects your country from your IP address in order to choose the site's initial language. We do not store your IP address. The chosen language is then saved locally in your browser ( localStorage, key “satori-lang”), so this lookup is not repeated on subsequent visits. If you select a language manually, your choice always takes precedence.
Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process data from enquiries in order to answer your questions and arrange bookings, on the basis of your consent or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (booking a service). We process visit-statistics data (Google Analytics) solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Sharing data with third parties
Messages you send us by e-mail or phone are received directly and are not shared with third parties. The website does not use advertising services. With your consent for visit statistics we use Google Analytics 4; the data processor is Google (Google Ireland Limited), and data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of the standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights
At any time you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may withdraw any consent given. You can withdraw consent for visit statistics (Google Analytics) at any time via the “Cookie settings” button in the website footer. To exercise your other rights, write to us at info@satori.si. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
